At the heart of beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, the Winston Tower 100 pool deck area has undergone a significant transformation with the addition of our newly crafted shade structures. We've been hard at work constructing 8 inviting Cabanas that offer private, shaded retreats for relaxation. Complementing these are two elegant Canopies that provide broader coverage for larger groups or lounge areas. Finally, the addition of two striking Triangle Shades will introduce a modern and artistic element, cast dynamic shadows, and add visual interest to the pool area. This combination of structures promises a comfortable and visually appealing poolside experience for everyone.

Imagine eight beautiful custom-made cabanas, each a unique haven of relaxation and luxury. These aren't your run-of-the-mill poolside shelters; they're thoughtfully designed extensions of the surrounding environment, crafted with premium materials and boasting bespoke features. Each cabana is a personal sanctuary, offering privacy, comfort, and unparalleled views, perfect for escaping the everyday and indulging in a personalized retreat.

The fabrication of metal frames for cabanas and shade sails is a sophisticated process, integral to creating durable, aesthetically pleasing, and safe outdoor structures. It marries precision engineering with skilled craftsmanship, transforming raw materials into the robust skeletons that support canvas canopies and tensioned shade fabrics. The journey begins with careful material selection, typically involving high-strength, weather-resistant metals such as powder-coated steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, or marine-grade aluminum. Steel offers superior strength and rigidity, often chosen for larger or more permanent installations. At the same time, aluminum provides excellent corrosion resistance and a lighter weight, making it ideal for coastal environments or designs requiring less structural bulk. Designs are meticulously developed using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, enabling engineers to precisely calculate dimensions, angles, and connection points while accounting for critical factors such as wind loads, fabric tension, and structural integrity.
